All Firebird products are designed using the latest CAD-CAM technology. All of our products are designed to ensure robust performance over a long lifespan and are rigourously tested before being launch. Efficiency testing of our boilers to European standards is carried out a Gastec UK's certified laboratory and our oil condensing boilers are amongst the top performing boilers on the market.
Down through the years Firebird has enjoyed a string of industry firsts, including the first SEDBUK Band A rated Combi boiler. |
State-of-the-art Manufacturing:
Firebird strives to maximize production outputs and quality using the very latest in manufacturing techniques. Ongoing investment in new processes and equipment help to keep us keep ahead of the competition. Firebird only uses equipment with proven reliability and the flexibility to adapt to fast changing requirements of customers. We employ the latest CAD/CAM technology to design and program all component parts. Several high-speed TRUMPF punching machines allow us to fabricate a variety of high-quality sheet metal components. In recent years we have transformed our welding, folding and painting operations into fully automated systems using the state-of-the-art ABB robotic technology.
Firebird has also invested heavily to streamline production on assembly lines to meet rapidly-changing market demands and future needs. Firebird’s continuous process improvement programs have resulted in higher quality output with an even greater degree of flexibility and efficiency.
Logistics:
Products can be delivered from our warehouse in Ivybridge, near Plymouth, within 2 to 3 working days. Next day delivery is available for a small surcharge
After-Sales Service:
Firebird prides itself on it’s after-sales service support. Our technical department handles all service, installation and spare parts enquiries and is backed up by an independent network of Firebird approved service engineers covering England and Wales.
Product Training:
Firebird, in conjunction with Emo Oils UK, has recently opened a new training base in Kingsbury, Warwickshire. Located only minutes from the NEC, Birmingham the centre provides training on our complete range of oil fired boilers and solar thermal systems.
