To validate your Firebird warranty programme for Wood Gasification Boilers please send
us a copy of a completed SEI Greener Homes Scheme form. This form can be downloaded below.
Failure to return a completed commissioning form to Firebird within 30 days of installation will
mean that the Firebird warranty programme will not apply to your product.
